The hotel is situated on top of Carmel, offering a vista view of the city and Haifa bay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but there were issues with the room not being made up properly on three days. The service was a mixed experience, with some staff being extremely attentive while others were quite rude at times. The dining options were excellent, offering gluten-free choices and a wide variety of satisfying dishes. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy the top of the mountain, but the overall feel is that some areas could use refreshing.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a perfect view of the gulf area, Carmel mountain, and the Ba'hai Gardens. The staff, especially Mr Gal Tishelman and Alberto Farran, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was central with easy access to various amenities and restaurants. The dining experience was exceptional with a great selection of dishes. Overall, a great value for money with a peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel has a perfect view of the bay, but unfortunately, the window is only a small one. The service was exceptional, especially Tal Daskal who went above and beyond to help us with booking issues. The location is very convenient, right in the center of Haifa, close to everything. The dining experience left something to be desired if you are looking for options beyond fish and cheese.
